Trust is such a thing…

Trustworthy cooperation is comparable to a car and its engine. It only works when the cooperation of both parties is perfect. This is especially true for boards of directors, company management, project teams, but also for areas and departments. Teamwork as a pure phrase will only help to a certain extent.

Trust starts with ourselves – directly and hard!!

How can we harvest trust if we don’t give it out? We must trust in our ability to judge! Then surely the right person for the right task is selected, properly trained and equipped with the necessary competencies. Now all that is left is to let go.

In this way, confidence-building signals are sent out, which become confidence-building measures. The leader gives the signals. If she doesn’t start with trust, who else will?
